Operations and Maintenance Dwelling Contractor Qualifier. Certification 8.0 Hrs. of Credit. Course Identification Number: 8812
This course is designed for people who may be disturbing asbestos during the course of their work: plumbers, electricians, building maintenance jobs. Topics include: background of asbestos, health effects, personal protective equipment, and recognizing deteriorated asbestos. This course meets training requirements for OSHA Class III work.
Fee:  $375

O & M is conducted the first two days of the Asbestos Supervisor course

Asbestos Worker Dwelling Contractor Qualifier. Certification 8.0 Hrs. of Credit. Course Identification Number: 8813
This course is designed for people that are going to conduct asbestos abatement. Topics include: background and health effects of asbestos, personal protective equipment, abatement methods and options, federal/state/local regulations and sampling. $550
 

Asbestos Supervisor Dwelling Contractor Qualifier. Certification 8.0 Hrs. of Credit. Course Identification Number: 8814
This course is designed for people that are going to conduct asbestos abatement. Topics include: background and health effects of asbestos, personal protective equipment, abatement methods and options, federal/state/local regulations, decontamination, disposal, and air monitoring. If you are planning on starting an asbestos abatement company or on becoming an independent contractor - this five day class is what you want to take first.
Fee:  $625
 

Asbestos Inspector Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification. 8.0 Hrs. of Credit. Identification Number:8815
This three day course is designed to teach people how to conduct an asbestos inspection (suspect materials and sampling) and write an inspection report. Topics include: background and health effects of asbestos inspectors, the role of inspectors, bulk sampling techniques, regulations, friable vs. non-friable asbestos, and personal protective equipment.
Fee:  $575

Asbestos Project Designer
This 3 day course details the designing of an asbestos project, such as in schools. Topics include: safety systems design specifications, designing abatement solutions, writing abatement specifications, regulations, budgeting and cost estimation, contract preparation, and legal & insurance.
Fee: $600

Class status pending due to the rewrite of the content - pending State WI approval.

Asbestos Management Planner
2 day course - Asbestos Inspector is a pre-requisite
Fee: $450

Exterior Asbestos Worker and Supervisor Courses
Worker = 1 day - Supervisor = worker plus 1 additional day
This class is designed for individuals disturbing non-friable material only that will remain non-friable.
